Project and care terms · Updated September 11, 2026

1. Agree the work first.

Maxxxsites provides website design and development. Before a project starts, we confirm the client, provider details, deliverables, price, currency, any applicable tax, timing, payment method and these terms in writing. A specific written agreement takes precedence where it differs from this page. Sending an enquiry or using the estimator does not place an order.

2. Prices and payments.

Standard packages are $599 USD for a single page link hub, $999 USD for a creator site with up to three standard content pages, and $1,499 USD for up to five standard content pages. Additional standard content pages beyond the five page package are $149 USD each. Stores, accounts, paid content and custom application functionality require a separate quote.

The standard payment schedule is 50% before work begins and 50% after approval, before launch or source handover. Any different arrangement must be written into the quote. Hosting, domains, paid assets and external services are separate and require your agreement. Tax, if applicable, is identified before you accept the quote. An invoice is a request for payment, not evidence that payment has been received.

3. Content, feedback and changes.

You provide the text, links, media and access needed for the agreed work, and confirm you have the rights and consents to use them. Do not send passwords through our public forms. We arrange access separately. You must be at least 18 to commission adult creator work, and any adult content supplied must depict consenting adults.

Standard packages include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. A round is one collected list of feedback on the current design or build. New directions, extra pages, additional rounds or functionality outside the scope receive a price and timing agreement before work continues. Timelines depend on timely content and feedback. If a project is inactive for 30 days, we contact you about a revised schedule before resuming.

4. Approval, ownership and launch.

We provide a review opportunity before launch. After full payment, you own the custom deliverables identified in your agreement and receive the agreed source code. Existing tools, libraries, fonts, stock media and other third party components retain their own licences. Domains should be registered in your name or your account. Private concepts remain review material until purchased and agreed for launch. We ask before using private client work or identity in a public portfolio.

5. Support and ongoing care.

We include 30 days after launch to fix reproducible defects against the agreed scope. New requests, client edits and external provider changes are separate work. Optional care is $49 USD monthly with up to 45 minutes of small updates and a monthly site check. See care details for inclusions, response aims and cancellation. No recurring charge starts without an agreed billing arrangement.

6. Pausing or cancelling.

Either party can request cancellation in writing. You pay for agreed work already completed and external costs you approved. Any unearned prepaid amount is returned, and any balance for completed work is explained before settlement. There is no blanket rule that every deposit is nonrefundable. We agree any usable handover and outstanding rights when settling the project. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain in place where applicable.

7. External services and results.

Hosting providers, platforms, registrars and payment services set their own policies and fees. We cannot guarantee their availability, approval, earnings, search rankings or immunity from account restrictions. We confirm an appropriate technical approach for the project before committing to an integration.

8. Questions and resolving problems.

Contact max@maxxxsites.com or @maxxxsites on X. Tell us what happened and the outcome you need so we can work towards a practical resolution. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Information handling is explained in our privacy notice.
