Website care
$49 USD per month
- Up to 45 minutes of small changes each month, such as links, text or supplied images.
- A monthly check of the live site, HTTPS, key links and the main contact or conversion path.
- Review of relevant dependency updates and fixes that fit the monthly time allowance.
- A recoverable source or deployment copy before we make changes.
- Support by email or DM. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days, Monday to Friday.
You choose when it starts.
Care begins only after we agree the site, start date and billing arrangement in writing. It is billed monthly in advance. Cancel before the next billing date to stop renewal. Support continues to the end of the paid period. Unused time does not carry over.
Clear boundaries.
Care covers an existing Maxxxsites build. It does not include hosting, domains, paid services, new pages, redesigns, new features, content creation, around the clock monitoring or emergency response. We quote anything outside the allowance before doing it.
Extra approved support is $75 USD per hour, with a 30 minute minimum. New pages or features can receive a fixed quote instead. Existing sites built elsewhere need an assessment before care is accepted.
You keep your website.
Care is optional. Cancelling does not remove ownership of your paid deliverables. Hosting and provider accounts have their own fees and terms. We include 30 days of fixes for reproducible defects in the agreed delivered work after launch, whether you choose care or not. This does not limit any rights that apply by law.
Prices exclude any applicable tax. Read the project terms.
